At Just For Me, we believe the needs of every child and family are unique. We assess the whole child and develop a therapuetic plan to support the individual and family.

Our Services

Just For Me Therapy provides quality mental health support and services for children, adolescents and teens. Our services are centered around evidenced-based practices catered toward the needs of the individual. Our evidence-based interventions include CBT, DBT-ST, Mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, and Solution Focused Therapy. We are also able to connect you with outside resources when needed that can help support the needs of the child and family.

About Me

With a decade of experience working with children and families in the public school setting, I have seen the need for additional mental health support outside of the school environment.

I have experience working with elementary school age children to high school age teens. I love to get to know each child as an individual and build upon their strengths. My knowledge and experience include working with individuals with anxiety based disorders, depression based disorders, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), autism, and behavior disorders in children.

As trauma resilience is one of my passions, I am presently in training to receive my TF-CBT certification to assist children resolve their trauma histories.

In my free time I love spending time with my family, traveling and hanging out with my cats.
Payment and Insurance:
At this time, Just For Me is only accepting clients through the Healthy Minds Fairfax, Short Term Behavioral Health Service.
